The pressure will be squarely on WR Reggie Williams, who was nothing short of a bust as a rookie last season. The former University of Washington standout was given starts in all 16 regular-season games yet mustered just 27 catches and one touchdown. By the end of the year, Williams was splitting the No. 2 receiving chores almost evenly with Troy Edwards, a journeyman whom the Jaguars had signed off the street the year before. Williams shows little in the way of downfield burst or ability to separate from defenders, but coach Jack Del Rio remains a defender and says Williams should improve with new offensive coordinator Carl Smith determined to play to Williams' talents.
